Founded in 2015, BSK Marine embarked on an extraordinary journey, initially captivating the Greek market before rapidly expanding its horizons to the Mediterranean. As a high-end boat shipyard, BSK Marine has garnered a well-deserved reputation for crafting luxurious and innovative Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) under the brand name SKIPPER POWERBOATS. Our mission.

Each SKIPPER POWERBOAT is meticulously produced and assembled by highly skilled in-house stuff, from the creation of the hull and mould to the exquisite teak decks. We approach each boat as a unique masterpiece, designed to perfectly suit the specific requirements of its owner. Our commitment to using only the highest quality materials is evident throughout every construction and finishing process. From top-quality gelcoat colors to multi-directional fibers and premium resins, each SKIPPER POWERBOAT boasts excellence as its standard. Moreover, our boats are equipped with the best quality of ORCA tube fabrics, a testament to our dedication to using the best options available. Our construction process blends cutting-edge vacuum infusion technology, epoxy materials, and hand-laid polyester, ensuring each GRP element is both exceptionally sturdy and remarkably lightweight. Some parts are even built with pure carbon fiber, further reducing overall weight.

Research & Development.

Our success is deeply rooted in advanced design, engineering, and technology. The Research & Development department at BSK Marine is an in-house facility dedicated to comprehensive research and design of new models and their accessories. The team constructs prototypes, conducts rigorous testing, and continually improves existing and new models.

Over the years, our shipyard has developed a production model that is unmatched in the pleasure boating sector.

The way we do it:

The research and development process begins with the meticulous design of the boat’s hull. It is then subjected to hydrostatic analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) on a computer and tested in a towing tank with a scale model. The final validation of the hull’s design takes place at sea with a full-scale prototype vessel. Subsequently, our skilled team completes the projects for various decks for each hull, as well as the boat’s accessories, including wallpapers and stainless steel parts. Meticulous plans for decks, equipment, and components are finalized to ensure a harmonious and exceptional final product.

Designing a Skipper Boat is a new challenge for him every time.

A perfect boat is derived from a careful project which is studied in every detail before the construction. He sets the high standards from the designing procedure to the final boat and makes Skipper boats able to cover the needs of the most demanding users.

Having studied naval architecture and industrial design and also being working in the boat industry from an early age, he knows each detail and every step of the boat construction from the inside to the outside and has the ability to make a supreme design from inside out.

Designing the construction guidelines to make people from each specialty, working together in a harmonic way ensures to ensure an ultra-high quality construction meeting the beautiful design, all results in a premium boat.

Manufacturing.

Manufacturing of Skipper boats is housed in BSK Marine’s facilities, designed to meet the needs of vessel construction. The controlled system of temperature and humidity, the ultra-modern ventilation system and the trailer trucks are some of the special characteristics that make Skipper’s construction more even.

To ensure quality at all stages of production all boats meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Every Skipper from start till sea is manufactured according to its construction manual made from R&D department to increase the similar high quality to all boats.

Warranty.

SKIPPER POWERBOATS BOATS ARE WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR THE PERIOD DESCRIBED BELOW.

WARRANTY PERIOD
2-year limited warranty on hull and deck.

BSK MARINE warrants to the owner that for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser, the hull and deck – including stringers, bulkheads, engine mounts, transom and deck to hull joints – of a new SKIPPER POWERBOAT will be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, excluding racing and commercial activities.
